Does the FLAVIA® system require a lot of maintenance?
No. The state-of-the-art FLAVIA®system, an innovation of Mars, Incorporated, is engineered for ease of use and unmatched reliability. With the self-contained Filterpack, there are no grounds to measure, filters to discard, or coffee pots to empty and clean, eliminating daily maintenance.
Does the FUSION™ drinks station have an automatic shut off if I’m not using it for a period of time?
Yes, the brewer does go into a sleep mode after 40 minutes of non-use. Touching any part of the FUSION drinks station will "wake it up".
Can I leave the FUSION™ on all of the time?
Yes - Because of the sleep mode, the FUSION will always be ready with minimum wait time.

How quickly can I get a cup of FLAVIA® tea or coffee?
Most drinks are brewed in less than 35 seconds. Less than a minute for 2 pack specialty drinks.

Where can I buy the drinks and accessories and how much does it cost?
All FLAVIA® drinks are available on the website www.myflavia.com or you can order through the Call Center at 1-888-myflavia (1-888-693-5284). On average, they cost $.44 per Filterpack and can be purchased by the rail (includes approximately 20 Filterpacks) or by the case (includes approximately 100 Filterpacks of coffee, approximately 140 Filterpacks of tea). Orders arrive at your door in 1-4 days.

The FLAVIA Fusion™ comes with a one-year warranty, which covers mechanical and electrical breakdown. Since all of the brewing is done inside the Filterpack, issues with your FLAVIA Fusion™ drinks station should be minimal.
How long will my drinks stay fresh?
The FLAVIA® Filterpack is hermetically sealed from light and air to provide freshness in every drink. Each Filterpack has a suggested "Best Before" date on it. The average shelf-life for Filterpacks is 9–12 months. Remember you only order when you need more and the product is shipped directly from us!
Do I have to use a certain kind of water?
We recommend filtered drinking water only for the Fusion. There is a removable water filter that we recommend changing every 2 to 3 months or 250 drinks. The SB100 has 2 filters and should be changed once a year.
How much water does the reservoir hold?
The water reservoir holds enough water to brew six 8 oz. cups of water. That’s 48 oz. of water.
