If any provision of this Agreement is found to be void, unlawful or unenforceable for any reason, that portion shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not otherwise affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. We enter into this Agreement on our own behalf. Accordingly, we hold the benefit of and may enforce this Agreement if you breach this Agreement.
